Study of kinetic regularities and biochemical mechanisms of oxidative processes in erythrocytes under the action of nitric oxide and peroxidation initiators. Erythrocyte as a model of cytotoxicity of endogenous metabolites and xenobiotics. Study of the antioxidant action of inhibitors of various nature.
Investigation of the influence of nitrosyl complexes of iron - donors of nitrogen monoxide on the energy metabolism of the cell, the study of the biological activity of nitrosyl complexes in relation to glycolysis products and glycolytic enzymes.
Investigation of the reactions of homolytic and heterolytic routes of spending of aromatic and aliphatic oxiranes in polycomponent systems "epoxide - catalyst (acid, transition metal salt)" in the medium of aliphatic alcohols of different structure.
Study of kinetic regularities and mechanism of liquid-phase oxidation of hydrocarbon compounds with tense structure.
