About laboratory

DKC / Laboratory of Functional Materials for Electronics and Medicine

The complex of laboratories was founded in 2021 and now includes in its structure

  • Laboratory of Functional Materials for Electronics and Medicine (FMEM)
  • Group of Molecular and Hybrid Electronics

The average age of staff of the laboratory complex is <30 years, the total number of staff is 24 people.

 

 

Main research directions:

1. New materials and technologies for perovskite and organic solar cells;

2. Metal-ion batteries based on organic and hybrid electroactive materials;

3. Materials for biocompatible wearable and textile-integrated electronics: field-effect transistors, memory devices, photodetectors and chemical (gas) sensors;

4. Materials for medicine, including based on fullerene derivatives: antiviral, antitumor and neuroprotective drugs.
