Each participant (and accompanying person) should submit to the Organizing Committee the following information:
- full name;
- sex;
- date and place of birth;
- citizenship;
- name and address of the participant's institution;
- position;
- home address;
- passport number, dates of issue and expire;
- location of the suitable Russian Consulate office;
- the planned period of the visit.
